Listen & Learn Customer Service Assistant:
Responsibilities:
· Responding to client enquiries by email and phone
· Preparing quotations
· Recruiting teachers
· Organising and coordinating courses
· Reporting to management
Requirements /Essential Criteria :
Skills:
-Speak and write English fluently and preferably speak at least one other language
-Have an excellent phone manner
-Have excellent PC (Office, spreadsheet and internet) skills
Knowledge and experience:
-Have proven customer service experience (at least 18 months)
-Have a university degree
-Have experience working in an international team
Behavioural competencies:
-Customer service orientation
-Flexibility
-Teamworking
Desirable:
-Have experience working in educational environment
Salary: $USD650 per month
Hours / Holidays: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm, one hour for lunch 20 days paid holiday plus 8 public holidays
